The Halle Group was founded based on a simple question: “how can I become a better leader?”For many years, Halle Group founder Carrie Hays worked for Marriott Hotels, in a variety of management positions and locations. During those fifteen years, she learned about leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational change. Hoping to answer her own question and strengthen her understanding of leadership and organizational effectiveness, Carrie decided to go back to school to earn a Masters in Management. And so, in 1997, The Halle Group was founded to help others become better leaders, and in turn, help their teams and organizations. With years of experience working both for and with organizations in a variety of leadership roles, we bring to our clients not just theory, but practical experience.
